Reference paragraph featured in GP Bulletin 29 November 2017 - InHealth Endoscopy has been providing high quality community endoscopy services to the local population of West Oxfordshire for over 5 years. It is delighted to be expanding this service, under a new contract with Oxfordshire CCG, which will launch initially for routine referrals on 1December 2017. A new 2 week wait cancer pathwaywill follow shortly afterwards(future date to de advised).
A number of practices have been referring to the InHealth Endoscopy Service via the 2 week wait proforma.
Please note that the 2 week wait cancer pathway is NOT currently available with this provider and a further update will be sent out advising the start date.

Request for Information – Gender Dysphoria Patients:
The CCG is aware that we currently have a pathway issue around GP prescribing and managing the off-licence medication required for Gender Dysphoria patients post treatment.
At the moment I am trying to scope out whether we would be able to commission a small service where this management and prescription was handled by one location for all patients falling under this cohort.
To help with this I need to understand what the size of this cohort, and so I am asking for all practices to email the primary care email address ith an aggregate number of patients they have. If you have any comments regarding your issues/concerns about the current management of these patients I would welcome this as well.
