Mitchell Chosak, CPA, CFE, CFF, CPP, is a Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Forensic Services Practice, and is a retired NYPD Sergeant.

In addition to having served 20 years with the NYPD, Mr. Chosak has worked for approximately 15 years in public accounting, corporate accounting, and corporate security. He is a CPA, CFE and CPP who has investigated and consulted on a variety of forensic accounting issues in various industries.

Mitchell Chosak has also worked as an Assistant Security Director for a major hospital and research center and has consulted on physical security issues

Michael O'Hara, CPA - PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Manager Forensic services

Mike joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005 after serving with the New York City Police Department for 22 years. While at NYCPD, Mike served as the Commanding Officer of the Asset Forfeiture Unit that conducted a wide-range of local, state, and federal money laundering and forfeiture investigations. Mike also served as the Commanding Officer of a precinct in Brooklyn, and retired with the rank of Deputy Inspector.

While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. O'Hara has conducted a wide variety of confidential forensic accounting investigations, including numerous long-term Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations in the U.S., United Kingdom, Germany, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Brazil.

Mike O’Hara is also a CPA licensed in the State of New York.

Jim Marino - PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Manager, Capital Project Services

Jim has been a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Capital Project Services practice in New York City since 1995. He has, over this time provided various consulting services to clients and/or their attorneys on matters related to the engineering and construction industry.

With over 30 years of construction industry experience, Mr. Marino has a broad background in the areas of project management, contract administration and monitoring, construction risk assessment, job cost accounting, project audits, change order review, dispute analysis and litigation support, fraud and forensic accounting investigations, and other project advisory services.

In addition to working with clients and/or their attorneys, Mr. Marino has served as a subject matter expert supporting PwC’s Audit and Internal Audit practices when a specific client engagement required his engineering and construction industry expertise. He has worked on various types of projects including data centers, distilleries, hospitals, research laboratories, power plants, schools, churches, ice skating rinks, office buildings, shopping malls, and infrastructure.

Anthony Luizzo, Ph.D., CFE, CST, is the president of L.C. Security Consulting Group and former principal of Accufacts Pre-employment Screening Inc. He is a retired detective crime prevention specialist with the New York City Police Department, and held senior executive security positions with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Economic Development/Business Services and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

Anthony Luizzo is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Security Trainer, (CST), Licensed Private Investigator, and Licensed Locksmith. He has authored over 100 publications for auditing, healthcare and security management journals and magazines, and is the co-author of “Fraud Auditing: A Complete Guide” published by the Foundation for Accounting Education (1992 rev. 1995). He has been teaching aspects of proactive security administration for the NYPD since 1984, and he presently teaches security and safety courses at the College of Staten Island.

Anthony Luizzo is the former elected “Eastern Region Governor” of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a past four-term president and founding member of the New York Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners, a past president of the Society of Professional Investigators and a past president of the NYCPD Crime Prevention Officers’ Association.

Lisa Dolan, CPP, is President of Securit Investigations, a licensed private investigations firm licensed in NY, NJ, CT, PA, Florida, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts. Securit is WBE certified firm in New York City as well as with NYS. Securit is a GSA Schedules Holder.

Rachel Ehrenfeld, Ph.D. is the Director of the New York-based Economic Warfare Institute (EWI) and President of the American Center for Democracy (ACD). She is the author of Funding Evil; How Terrorism is Financed – and How to Stop It (BonusBooks, 2003, 2005); Evil Money – Encounters Along the Money Trail (HarperCollins, 1992, SPI, 1994) Narco-Terrorism (Basic Books, 1990, 1992).

Dr. Ehrenfeld is an authority on combating terror finance, narcoterrorism, and government corruption. Her work focuses on exposing economic warfare waged against the United States and the West, and the challenges to freedom, democracy and capitalism posed by radical Islam and opposing international regimes.

Dr. Ehrenfeld has served as a consultant to various U.S. and foreign government agencies, public and private entities. She has organized and lectured in conferences for the White House, Cambridge’s Jesus College, as well as for governmental and non-governmental, local and international organizations in Brazil, England, France, Italy, Israel, Kazakhstan, Monaco, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.S. She has served as an expert witness on terror financing, corruption and narco-terrorism before the U.S. Congress, the Canadian and European Parliaments, and U.S. courts. Along with the ACD, Dr. Ehrenfeld has been an official election monitor in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Morocco.

Her articles have appeared in publications including Forbes; the Guardian; The New York Times; Los Angeles Times; The Wall Street Journal; Huffington Post, and many others, and she appears frequently on national and international radio and TV.

Dr. Ehrenfeld has been a visiting scholar at the Columbia University Institute of War and Peace Studies, a research scholar at New York University’s School of Law, a fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and Jesus College at Cambridge University. Felix P. Nater, CSC, President of Nater Associates, Ltd. is a Certified Security Consultant, awarded by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants. He is a retired Postal Inspector and Army Reserve Sergeant Major. He has over 30 years of criminal, security & program management expertise as a Postal Inspector and Postal Police Officer holding a variety of assignments and positions at the local, regional and national levels. As a Workplace Violence Inspector Felix covered Queens and Long Island where he conducted hundreds of threat assessments & investigations, consulted with postal management and testified in approximately 30 Arbitration, EEOC and Merit Systems Protection Board Proceedings and civil and criminal court.

Felix has spent the last 17 years consulting with organizations helping to provide for a safe and secure workplace through Violence Interdiction™. Simply put, he integrates multiple intervention strategies which include security assessments, conflict management, crisis communications, threat assessment support, physical security, emergency management, customized training and outsource advisory consulting services to help in creating a proactive response to workplace violence prevention. He has developed a reputation as a workplace violence consultant that understands the issues and focuses the client’s energies on doing the most with limited resources. Just recently developed a visitor management-training program that helps employees manage conflict by controlling their response to situations.

Felix serves on the Board of Advisors of the Homeland Intelligence Technologies, Inc., and the Franklin Medical Center Community Advisory Board.
