*PLEASE NOTE: Advanced Placement tests are given in several different locations. Please be sure to check the schedule for your testing time & location. Also, familiarize yourself with the location by locating the address online or take a visit to the site before your testing date & time.

PARKING IS LIMITED SO PLEASE CAR POOL

Testing Start Time: All tests will start promptly at the appointed hour of 7:30am or 12:00pm unless otherwise stated on the testing schedule below. YOU MUST NOT BE LATE FOR THE START OF THE TEST. The specific room for your test will be open 15 minutes prior to each test for check in. Please plan accordingly as you will be required to check in with the proctor before you are allowed inside the testing area. Signs will be posted to direct you to the testing room.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ADVANCED PLACEMENT TESTING:

  1. Be sure to show up on time for your test. Students who are late will not be admitted into the testing area.

2.  After you have received your student packet at your first test, you will be required to bring the student packet to each test you take. You must have your Advanced Placement Student ID # with you for testing purposes. Students who do not have their AP testing ID # with them will not be able to take the test.

  1. You are required to bring photo ID in order to be checked into the testing area. Students who do not have photo ID at the time of check in will not be allowed into the testing area.
  2. Remain quiet during all times of testing and keep voices low during breaks.
  3. No caps, hats, or hoods may be worn during a test.
  4. No cellphones digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDA’s), BlackBerry’s, Smart Phones, Bluetooth devices, MP3 players, or any other electronic or communication devices.
  5. No books, compasses, mechanical pencils, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, notes, or colored pencils.
  6. No scratch paper
  7. No computers or calculators (unless otherwise accepted for Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics).
  8. No reference guides, keyboard maps, or other typing instructions.
  9. No watches that beep or have an alarm.
  10. No portable listening or recording devices. Also, no headphones or photographic equipment.
  11. Only water may be brought into the testing area. NO FOOD or any other drink is allowed in the testing area.

*Items may be allowed if it has been previously approved by the College Board as an accommodation by the College Board Services for Students with Disabilities office prior to the test date.

All Students Need To Bring The Following To Testing:

  1. Two #2 pencils & Two Pens (Black or Blue)
  2. A photo identification card (license or ASB card)
  3. AP Student packet with your AP ID number (after your first test)
  4. Calculator if needed for specific testing
  5. Ruler or straightedge if taking Physics exams.

Equipment To Bring For Calculus AB & BC, Chemistry, Physics B & C, or Statistics: Please read AP bulletin or go to College Board’s student site www.collegeboard.com/ap/calculators to determine the type of calculator that may be used. Bring extra batteries or extra calculator if you like. Calculators or batteries are NOT provided by the testing proctors. A ruler or straightedge is required for the Physics test.
