Evaluation Process: The Board of the Big Sky Special Needs Cooperative shall complete a copy of the attached for m. The Evaluation Committee shall arrive at one consensus evaluation, which shall be prepared and presented to the Director in accordance with applicable Montana law, and such evaluation shall be the basis for retention or termination of this employee.

for the plan for providing special education
services.
