Should the instructors have any doubt about the safety of a person due to capability, faulty tack/equipment or any other reason, the instructor may refuse to allow that person to take part until they are satisfied with any amendments made.
Properly fitting hard riding hats conforming to current British Safety Standards must be worn at all times when mounted.
Level 3 Body protectors conforming to current British Safety Standards must be worn whilst going cross country.
Either long or short riding boots must be worn at all times when mounted.
Shoe’s with open toes maybe be worn whilst handling horses at any point during camp.
The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme at any time if necessary.
No Smoking is allowed on the Littleton Manor premises.

The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with Littleton Manor Equestrian Centre, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or Aintree facilities or otherwise, howsoever.
It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Equestrian Centre facilities that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises.
All accidents must be reported and an accident report completed at the office.
I have read the conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, Littleton Manor Equestrian Centre, and anyone else of those connected, with the Venue facilities, for any injury or damage that I might suffer whilst on the premises.
COST
£250per person, to include meals as stated on itinerary, tuition and full use of appointed facilities excluding the gallop
CANCELLATION
Deposit is non refundable unless your place can be filled. Any cancellations after the 10th June will receive no deposit refund regardless of if the place is subsequently filled.
Refund of final payment will only take place if a Vet or Doctors certificate is produced.
PAYMENT
£110.00 deposit is non refundable – payable with booking form via cheque only, made payable to Retraining of Racehorses, please write your name on the back of the cheque.
The remainder of the fee, £140.00, is due on or before the 20th July 2016. Payment can be taken via cheque or bank transfer for this fee. Bank details can be supplied.

Only forms received via post will be accepted with deposit in cheque form will be accepted
The first 30 forms received will have provisionally secured a place – the place will only be confirmed once your cheque has cleared through the RoR bank account. All other applicants will be placed on a wait list.
Final details and full itinerary will be sent to you no later than 14 days prior to camp.
