Programs do fill to capacity, if this program works for you it is best not to delay enrolling. Calling/texting or emailing for availability will not be answered with a yes or no as there is no way of knowing this until registrations are actually received.
Only the answer that registrations are currently being accepted will be replied.
Once the program fills to capacity it will be removed from the website. Registrations received after 14 registrations have been received will be notified and returned.

REGISTRATION: To enroll the student into the program the registration and refund policy forms must be completed. Please print legibly the student’s full name as it appears upon their birth certificate or valid passport.
MANDATORY IDENTIFACATION DOCUMENTS: A copy of the student’s birth certificate, passport, or non-driver’s ID must be included with the registration form with the minimum deposit required for that program.
FIRST CLASSROOM SESSION: A DMV requirement is an original birth certificate or non-driver ID or valid passport must be presented to the instructor.
The document will be returned to the student after it is viewed.
ATTENDENCE: Students are to attend the 30 hours of classroom instruction. No more than 4 hours of absenteeism will be permitted and only for just cause as determined by the DMV, which is an excusable note from parent of serious illness or injury to the student or death in the family. An occurrence related to these matters will be accepted with documentation from parent, doctor or obituary clipping.
The student must perform an assignment pertaining to the session missed. The assignment is determined to take up to 2 hours to complete and will be graded.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: The Student is required to be 15 years and 9 months of age by the start of the program or 16 years of age by the last class of the program.
PRACTICE DRIVING LAWS: To be practice driving a student must have a copy of birth certificate, or non-driver’s ID or valid passport upon him or her or within the vehicle.
Students’ are not allowed to practice drive in any other state than NH.
Violating these rules will cause loss of practice driving privileges for 6 months by the DMV.

School Policies
Are Strictly enforced so please read, understand and remember the school policies, as it will be understood by signatures upon the registration form that the parent and student know the penalties for infractions.
Classroom Sessions:
- Students must achieve a minimum grade of 80% in each session’s quizzes or exams.
- Student must complete additional assignments for failed quizzes or exams.
- Tardiness or early dismissal of class is recorded that will result in time deduction from the overall
30-hours. Make up assignments will be issued to compensate for missed time. Don’t be late.
- Students must attend the 30 hours of classroom instruction. - $10.00 Absenteeism Administration Fee for the additional recording/grading time involved.
Drive Time Training Cancellation
$15.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee for making a D/T appointment that cannot be fulfilled.
$30.00 per hr fine for each missed hour of Drive-Time Lesson (no-show)
These fees/fines must be paid before the completion certificate will be issued.

DMV 210 Certificates:
DSMV-210 certificate; a necessary document to be allowed to take licensing exam at DMV is issued to each student that successfully completes the course and tuition fees are paid in full.
This certificate may be delayed to be issued as a punishment if the student has infracted any of the School Policies during the program. One warning will be issued; the second infraction will receive a punishment of this nature that will be determined by the instructor.
Conduct Code
Students within the building, or on the property of the classroom sessions, will behave properly without incident of running or horseplay. Students are prohibited from Smoking at all times.
A student who write upon their station or leaves trash under their seat will be issued the cleaning apparatus to rectify the situation. It is to be rectified properly or punishment will be issued.
Proper behavior in class and a show of respect to the instructor and fellow students is expected from all students. There is to be no talking amongst students, sleeping or cell phone use during classroom or drive time sessions. Drinks are permissible during classroom or drive time sessions but will be denied if students do not dispose of containers.
If the instructor determines that a student’s behavior or attire is inappropriate, he or she will be informed to that effect. The student’s parents will be contacted on the second such incident. If a third incident should occur the instructor will expel the student from the program.
Any student, who carries a weapon, provokes physical violence or accused of bullying, has in their possession, or is under the influence of drug or alcohol related substances upon school property, or school vehicle, will be expelled from the course. NO REFUND OF TUITION WILL BE ISSUED.
STUDENT’S MUST ABIDE BY THE DRESS, SHOE, HAIR CODE
Must wear or bring to change into; well fitting shoes or sneakers for driving lessons
No flip/flops, clogs, sandals or high heels
Hair styles that block vision must be restyled or pinned for D/T Lessons
Students are to dress modestly, girls are not to wear cleavage revealing blouses or short shorts and boys no tank tops when attending classroom or drive training time; car and the classroom are air-conditioned.
Students who fail to abide by school policies create cause for expulsion.

Tuition Fee: $625.00 onetime payment in full with registration.

- By accepting the installment plan the legal guardian accepts the conditions bulleted below.
- Tuition may be paid in full at any time before or during the course(save $5 per payment).
- A $30.00 fee will incur to a tuition payment when checks are returned for non-payment.
- A $10.00 surcharge will be applied to any payment not paid by dates listed above.
- A $60.00 surcharge will be applied to final payment if not received by last class session.
- Credit Card Payment incurs an additional 3% processing fee to a payment.
Refund Policy
1) Upon the fourth business day of payment receipt the contract is legally binding. Should a decision to withdraw from the program with no "Just Cause" no refunded will be issued and any balance due to the tuition must be paid in full before or upon the end date of the program or legal actions will pursue to collect the balance of the tuition fee.
2) No refund will occur should the student withdraw during the program without "Just Cause" or fails to achieve the minimum passing curriculum grade or fails to abide by the conduct and absentee guidelines as described in School Policies and any tuition balance due must be paid in full before or upon the end date of the program or legal actions will pursue to collect the balance of the tuition fee.
3) Upon an unforeseen incident and "Just Cause", a student must leave the program, the student’s tuition if paid in full by the programs end date of the program will be transferred to an upcoming program up to a maximum of one year. A $45.00 fee will be applied for each hour of drive training that must be repeated in the new course the student enrolls within. This only applies if the tuition fee is paid in full by the end date of the program. If the tuition fee is not paid in full by the end date of the program legal actions will peruse to collect the unpaid tuition balance.
4) The definition of "Just Cause" is a serious illness or injury that must be validated by and with a physician's letter to Complete Auto Driving School.
