1. Receiving purchase request from all departments upon HOD approval.
2. Sourcing the product or service and obtaining quotes. Confirming the information received with the respective department.
3. Processing of the POs for approval of the Chief Account/General Manager with the possible minimum delay.
4. Keeping record of all Purchasing request received and POs raised.
5. Monitoring the food & beverage orders.
6. Sending the approval POs to the supplier.
7. Ordering and follow-up of pending orders.
8. Attending calls, queries of suppliers.
9. Preparing price comparison as required by Chief Account.
