Tournament Rules & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.  Level 2 events are open to players other than those who have played for the county in an official league match

2.  Events are based on current school year.

3.  The entry fee is £7 for singles or £11 per person for both events. Entry fees can be paid by sending a cheque made payable to “C&EEBF".

4.  The tournament format will ensure that every player gets plenty of competitive games.

5.  Medals will be presented to the winners and runners up in each event.

6.  Neither Essex County Badminton Association, Colchester Badminton Federation nor Colchester Leisure World will be liable for any loss or damage caused to property or person throughout the events.

7.  Yonex feather shuttlecocks will be used.

8.  All entries must be received by the tournament secretary by Wednesday 17th May 2017 at the latest.

9.  Refunds will not be given, except in exceptional circumstances, for withdrawals from the event after the draw has been made.

10. Start time details will be sent to you by email on or before Friday 19th May and posted on the Federation website http://www.ceebf.org.uk.

11. There is plenty of parking at Leisure World, your ticket can be endorsed for FREE parking on leaving the leisure centre.

12. Colchester Leisure World has a wide range of facilities open to the general public including the cafe, leisure pool and Aqua Springs.

13. We will be using the courts in the Charter Hall for this event.
