The NeuroLeadership Group is a global human performance consultancy, drawing from the latest findings in neuroscience, delivering learning and development training. Our distinct brain-based methodology is results-oriented and underpinned by contemporary neuroscience research. We are now looking for a full time staff member to work in our open programs and education sales department, based in Singapore.

Successful candidates will have related experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability and a successful track record in client management in a fast paced environment. We are looking for individuals that can bring a positive, dynamic and pro-active approach to the role and continually improve processes to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Support is responsible for directly supporting the head of business development in order to maximise business activity. The role is responsible for client contacts, generating and close sales leads for the open programs, coach certificate programs and NeuroLeadership Institute education programs in Asia, with focus on Singapore and Thailand.

·  Act as sales agent and managing client relationships.

·  Follow up of all incoming sales leads.

·  Proactively source, generate and respond to new leads through networking opportunities, regional events and social media.

·  Support Regional Director by contributing to sales/marketing strategies.

·  Management and creation of business leads by managing all enquiries/leads from website, phone, e-mail.

·  Respond to, support, log and update all sales leads into the CRM system.

·  Manage client relationships including community relationships.

·  Coordinate local and regional community events to build client relationships.

·  Source and respond to new sales leads through networking opportunities, local and regional events.

Key Performance Indicators:

Base salary and performance based commission.
