We fully understand that any Zone License granted to us on the basis of this applicationmaybe lawfully cancelled, revoked or suspended by the SEZARand is subject to suchother lawful action as may be deemed appropriate by SEZAR under the Zones Law and Regulations, in particular if any of the statements included in this application or in the documents attached are incorrect or false.

(2)A valid business-registration certificate;

(3)Verified financial resources and funding plans;

(4)A business plan and a preliminary feasibility study.

(5)An action plan including the proposed timeframe to commence activities; and

(6)Audited balance sheetsif the company was incorporated for more than a year.

(7)Any other documentor information that SEZAR deems suitable to protect the public interest, health, safety, and welfare of Rwanda provided such factor is clearly published and applicable to all Zones Users application.
