1. Confirmation of date availably must be confirmed prior to this booking form being received. Please contact KFC using the above mobile or email address.
2. We do not accept bookings for 18th birthday parties.
3. Children’s party bookings can only be taken for Sundays between 1pm – 6pm.
4. An additional fee will be incurred if early access is required.This is charged at £12.50for a maximum of an hour or any part thereof before normal opening hours
5. The deposit is only refundable if you cancel this agreement within 14 days from the date the booking is taken.
6. All drinks including soft drinks must be purchased on site. Any drinks brought onto the premises will be subject to a Corkage fee or retention of your deposit.
7. Charitable entities, local associate bodies or those representing Kidlington based associates will be granted a 50% discount on the room hire fees
