2011 Helen Keller International Art Show Entry Form
Entry Requirements
- All paintings or drawings must be matted using matte board or poster board and not exceed 24” x 36” in size. (Please do not use construction paper as it fades later)
- Sculpture must be only one item and freestanding, enclosed in a shadow box or other means of display.
- A current school picture and a short biographical sketch of the artist must be included. This information is used for press releases and publications related to the artist and the touring art exhibit.
- Release information signed by the parent, guardian or school officialmust be included with the student registration.
- Each piece of artwork submitted must have a registration form attached.
- If artwork has more than one artist, each artist will be required to meet all entry requirements complete individual registration forms
- Artwork and required forms must be received by January 29, 2011
- Artwork will not be considered unless the above requirements are met.

I understand that the art will become the property of CEC Division on Visual Impairments. I further understand that the work will be part of the 2011 Helen Keller International Art Show to be shown during International CEC convention, April 25-28, 2011 in National Harbor, Md.and other sites as approved by the Helen Keller Art Show Committee. Pieces selected for the tour will be professionally framed and available for purchase.
