Eligibility:

Compulsory criteria:

1.  Fully certified level 2

2.  Minimum age: 20 year old

3.  Minimum experience in coaching: 3 years

4.  Minimum number of hours: a minimum of an average 8hrs/ a week for the past 3 years

5.  Coaching

-  the highest level provincial gymnasts (level 4 and up)

OR/ AND

-  National stream athletes

Elective criteria:

The candidate should fulfill 2 of the following criteria:

1.  Be a provincial level 1 judge

2.  Be a national stream athletes who have competed at the Canadian Championships at least 3 years

3.  Have completed the level 3 theory

4.  Have a university degree (bachelor minimum) in physical education, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, rehabilitation or other related studies
