We have an honour to invite you to the XIX International Scientific Conference:

"Regional Development in the European Union and Ukraine",

which will take part on 19-26 September 2015,

at Ayia Napa, Cyprus

The work of the conference will focus on the following issues:

  1. Nature of Regional Administration and Local Government
  2. The role of the regions in the innovative development of production
  3. Restart in public finance management
  4. Improvement means of social sphere development of regions
  5. Reform of the territorial-administrative management
  6. Decentralization in the system of regional governance
  7. Development of subsidiarity by giving local authorities competence of public affairs
  8. National mechanisms for promoting real participation of citizens in democratic processes at local and regional levels
  9. New approaches to the financial bases of regional management and ensure financial self-sufficiency
  10. Fiscal decentralization and development of optimal model of intergovernmental relations

Abstracts that do not meet the requirements or arrive late will not be accepted.

II.FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

  1. CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION A+B

A)Cost of participation EUR675 per person. The payments in UAH at a day full board till 01.07.2015. Cost includes: Transfer Kyiv – Cyprus – Kyiv, accommodation in double room hotel Melpo Antia Luxury Apts and Suites – 4, HB (breakfast + evening meal), health insurance. Amenities in the rooms: fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), bathroom, telephone, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony, satellite TV and a balcony. The hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa that combines history, culture and fashion trends; a few minutes walk away - the monastery of the 16th century, close – sandy beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

Payment on account of travel company Travel Bauer, which you must ask by phone +38-(050)-375-23-35. Organizational Committee booked hotel accommodation just to 10 July 2015.

III.REQUIREMENTS TO THE ABSTRACT

Abstracts formatting requirements:

1.We accept only the works which had not been published before.

2.The article must meet the requirements of publishing and include the following structure: problem, analysis of recent researches and publications; selection unresolved issues (problem), forming the goals of article, the main material of research, conclusions and recommendations for further research in this direction.

To add articles Abstract (Summary) (up to 300 symbols) in English and Native language.

3.The paper should not exceed 12 pages, including figures and tables. Number of authors – not more than two.

In the paper, without the consent of the author, can be made editorial changes.

4.General outline of the article:

–Name(s) of the author(s), organization and city should be typed in top right corner (in capital letters, without abbreviations).

–The title of abstract should be typed in capital letters and centered–(font size – 12 pt.).

Next – the basic material article– (font size – 12 pt.).

References should be numbered by order of appearance in the text and listed in the end of the abstract according to the established requirements. Reference numbers and pages should be written in brackets.

5.The text of the article, without the consent of the author, may be made editorial amendments

6.Article that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements or arrive late will not be accepted.
