Howdy!!!
Our time has nearly arrived! Injust a few days we will head to Windy Gap to serve. Please allow me to impart some last minute wisdom before we depart.
- Health Forms—Everyone must bring a Health Form complete with Insurance Info, Emergency Contact Info and a Parents Signature. If you are 18 or older you don’t need a parents signature, but you still must bring a Health Form. CLICK HERE to download the Form. Simply print it off, complete it and bring it with you on Friday.
- Balance Due--Your balance remaining is $?. Please CLICK HERE to make payment online. If you are unable to pay online please mail your check to the Young Life Office immediately—2249B Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30904.
- Meet for Departure at 1:30pm—This may be new news to some of you. However, in order for the Dining Hall to be prepared to serve an 8pm Dinner to 320 people, the Work Crew must be at Windy Gap by 6pm. This requires that we leave Augusta no later than 2pm. If you need to make arrangements to leave school early do so immediately. Excuse notes will be provided upon request and your service this weekend should count towards any needed Community Service hours.
