Q.Do I receive bonuses from all travel products booked through my personal website?
A.LEO Members will receive BP/SP/RP on travel packages booked on their personal myLEOtravel website. The rate of BP/SP/RP on each component of the travel package varies as defined in the LEO Member Terms and Conditions of myLEOtravel.com.
Q.How does myLEOtravel work?
A.When a Member or Customer goes to your personal myLEOtravel site, they simply choose the travel product they wish to purchase, enter their payment details and make the purchase. Our system will calculate any bonus earned from the sale and include it in your weekly bonus commission.
Q.Does myLEOtravel offer a price-match guarantee on hotels?
A.Yes. If you find a lower rate on another website for the same room, at the same hotel, on the same dates, within 24 hours of making your booking with myLEOtravel.com, we guarantee you that we'll match it PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price. Complete the form at and we will process your request. The 110% Best Rate Guarantee is for the base room rate only and does not include any taxes, tariffs or fees. The 110% Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to discounted rates for senior citizens (including AARP rates), travel industry rates (e.g. IATA), corporate negotiated rates, Government/Military rates, AAA rates, or other negotiated rates, and eligibility shall be determined in the sole discretion of myLEOtravel.com and their partners’.
Q. Do I need a special license to sell travel?
A.No. All travel bookings and payments are handled and processed by myLEOtravel.com using their partner’s licenses in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Q.Do Terms and Conditions vary with different travel products?
A.Yes. All bookings are governed by the Terms and Conditions of myLEOtravel.com and the terms of booking displayed on the booking page which will also be in the booking confirmation.Members should carefully read the Terms and Conditions of the booking, before submitting the booking as myLEOtravel has no control over policies related to the suppliers or the providers policies related to payment, modification or cancellation of the booking. The Member will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the booking which are displayed at the time of the booking.
Q. What about changes, cancellations and refunds?
A.The change, cancellation, and refund policy is clearly displayed on the details page and on the checkout page. Many products are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Members should be carefully read the change, cancel and refund policy before submitting any booking as myLEOtravel has no control over the policies related to changes, cancellations or refunds, of any booking. Members and customers will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the booking displayed at the time of the booking.

A.Your myLEOtravel Member link follows the same format as your Member link for other LEO products: Members should ensure that they include their Membername in their link to ensure that they receive bonus points for any bookings that originate on their personalmyLEOtravelwebsite. It is the Members responsibility to make sure that they have included the correct Membername in their link.
