Overview
The Search & Call Process is a process by which the Alliance of Baptists helps individuals, congregations, and organizations who are seeking God’s call to live out their vocation. If you are seeking ministerial leadership for your congregation or organization, please take the following steps:
1)Complete the attached Congregational Profile.
2)Send the completed Congregational Profile in electronic form to Chris Copeland, Minister for Leadership Formation,at .
3)Send a detailed job description and a brief advertisement or announcement of the position.
4)If you wish to share more details about the ministerial leadership for which you are seeking, contact Chris Copeland at or 866-745-7609 to schedule a personal meeting and/or phone conversation.
5)Following the receipt of the Congregational Profile, job description, and job announcement, Chris Copeland will post the job announcement on the Alliance of Baptists website and include it in the monthly newsletter, connections. Chris will then send a group of Individual Profiles in electronic form to your congregation or organization. If you would like more information about any of the candidates, please contact Chris.
6)When you extend a call to someone for your congregation or organization or wish to be removed from the Search & Call Process, please contact Chris Copeland.
