Junior Boys Trip to Revelstoke.

Friday October 13th - 14th

Hello Parents/Guardians,

The junior boys will be traveling to Revelstoke on Friday October 13th, to play in a volleyball tournament to return home Saturday, Oct 14th.

Leave Princess Margaret: Friday, Oct 13th at 8:30 am.

The Boys will be traveling in a 15 passenger van, rented from Budget. Ben Arcuri and/or Myron Dueck will be the only adults driving the van.

We will be arriving in Revelstoke approximately 4 to 4.5 hours later, at 1:00 pm. We will check into the hotel and go to our game venue. It is recommended that the students pack a lunch, in case there is no time to stop and eat on Friday.

The first game will be played at approximately 2:00pm and the last game could be as late as 6:00pm.

The students will be going out for a team dinner with the coaches that night, to a local restaurant.

The hotel in Revelstoke is the:

Best Western,

1901 Laforme Boulevard, Revelstoke

(800) 663 - 5307

The students will be in the hotel after dinner and will be required to be in their rooms by 10:00pm. There will be 3 or 4 students in each room.

Saturday, October 14th.

The students will check out of the hotel and go for a team breakfast at a local restaurant.

The first game is at approximately 10:00am and the last game may be as late as 3:00pm.

The students will have time to get some lunch through out the day. The student sare encouraged to pack a bag lunch.

After the tournament, the students will go out for a team dinner, or start to drive home and eat dinner at a restaurant on the way.

The students will be traveling home in the same 15 passenger van. The students can be picked up at Princess Margaret School. Your son will call you before he arrives to confirm the pick up time.

It is strongly recommended that the students only bring a maximum of $50.00 for food and snacks for the trip and not bring any expensive music players.

The students will be expected to act in a responsible and mature fashion, that represents our school. All of the school rules will be enforced through out the duration of the trip. There will be consequences for breaking the rules. In the past these trips have been enjoyable for the students and coaches.
