Welcome to the first monthly bulletin brought to you by the Rugby Development Team in Oxfordshire. We will send a bulletin out every month detailing all of the work we have done, will be doing and are planning on doing in the future.
WHAT HAPPENED IN JANUARY?
· Curriculum time and after school delivery in the Project Phoenix schools in the City of Oxford.
· Meetings with Further and Higher Education establishments to set up introductory Touch Rugby sessions.
· Rugby Ready course with the students at The Henley College.
· Young Rugby Ambassadors workshop.
· Launch of Kids First Rugby at Didcot RFC.
· Coaching visits to Oxford Harlequins, Gosford All Blacks, Oxford and Littlemore.
WHAT IS HAPPENING IN FEBRUARY?
· Continued delivery in Project Phoenix schools and FE/HE Touch
· Scrum And Have A Go – Wednesday 18th February, Gosford All Blacks RFC, 1000-1300. Half term training for 13-18 year olds.
· Rugby Ready Course – Saturday 28th February, Chinnor RFC, 0930-1230.
· Teachers TAG Refresher Course
