CASE # 11-2043 BURGLARYOn Friday, June 3, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver responded to a residence on North Mountaineer Highway, near Newburg, in regards to a burglary complaint. The victim stated that $4000.00 was stolen from his home.
CASE # 11-2035 LARCENYOn Friday, June 3, 2011, Sheriff Wolfe received a complaint that a cigarette tower had been stolen from the courthouse/annex building. The tower was recovered and charges have been filed.
CASE # 11-2036 LARCENYOn Friday, June 3, 2011, Deputy Geisel received a call from a resident of Terra Alta who stated that a package had been stolen.
CASE # 11-2053 SHOPLIFTINGOn Sunday, June 5, 2011, Cpl Dotson responded to the Kingwood Wal-Mart in regards to a shoplifting complaint. The suspect was identified and charged.
CASE # 11-2063 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYOn Monday, June 5, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver received two complaints regarding damaged mailboxes. One mailbox, located on North Mountaineer Highway, near Newburg, had been burnt and the other, located on Dogtown Road, had been struck and vandalized.
CASE # 11-2072 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Monday, June 6, 2011, Cpl Root responded to the Tunnelton area in regards to a breaking and entering complaint at a local business. Several items of scrap metal were stolen. This is a continuing investigation.
CASE # 11-2070 BURGLARYOn Monday, June 6, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver received a call from an owner of property near Jenkinsburg Bridge, near Masontown. The caller stated that his cabin had been broken into and a large wood stove had been stolen.
CASE # 11-2086 TRESPASSINGOn Tuesday, June 7, 2011, Cpl Bryan received a call from a resident of Tunnelton in regards to a trespassing complaint.
CASE # 11-2092 LARCENYOn Tuesday, June 7, 2011, Cpl Dotson received a call from a resident of Masontown who stated that a purple Motorola Grasp telephone had been stolen from her vehicle.
CASE # 11-2199 LARCENYOn Tuesday, June 7, 2011, Sgt Turner received a call from a resident of Masontown who stated that his ladder had been stolen. This call was unfounded.
CASE # 11-2136 LARCENYOn Friday, June 10, 2011, Deputy Rodeheaver received a call from a resident of Albright who wanted to report that her registration plate had been stolen. Registration number 2HB523.
CASE # 11-2140 LARCENYOn Friday, June 10, 2011, Cpl Bryan received a call from a resident of Bruceton Mills who stated that a set of mining car wheels and axles were stolen from his yard.
CASE # 11-2148 BURGLARYOn Friday, June 10, 2011, Cpl Bryan responded to a residence on Pell Road, near Tunnelton, in regards to a burglary complaint. Forced entry was noted. This is a continuing investigation.
CASE # 11-2155 LARCENYOn Friday, June 10, 2011, Deputy Tichnell responded to a Tunnelton business in regards to a larceny complaint. Ice and beer had been stolen. The suspects were identified and charged.
CASE # 11-2170 LARCENYOn Saturday, June 11, 2011, Cpl Bryan received a call from a resident of Terra Alta who stated that prescription medication had been stolen from her apartment. This is a continuing investigation.
CASE # 11-2178 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYOn Saturday, June 11, 2011, DFC Mitter responded to the Tunnelton area in regards to a destruction of property complaint. The complainant stated that a street light had been shot out.
CASE # 11-2194 LARCENYOn Monday, June 13, 2011, DFC Mitter received a call from a resident of Tunnelton who stated that a set of wheels and tires had been stolen. This is a continuing investigation.
CASE # 11-2201 HIT-N-RUNOn Tuesday, June 14, 2011, Cpl Bryan received a call from a resident of Yorks Run Road, near Newburg, who stated that her mailbox had been damaged.
CASE # 11-2215 BREAKING AND ENTERINGOn Tuesday, June 14, 2011, Cpl Bryan received a call from a resident of Albright who stated that several outbuildings had been broken into. This is a continuing investigation.
