This is a Government funded Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will be working towards a Sales & Marketing Level 2 or 3:

My client is a young business, that was started in early 2015 by 2 brothers with 15 years collective recruitment experience working in Central London. The business is a specialist recruitment consultancy that places contract, temporary and permanent employees within Social Housing, Local Authority and Property Management business across Essex and London.

Their aim is to attract forward thinking, passionate and dedicated individuals that want to learn and develop skills in recruitment that will improve your clients, negotiation, problem solving, presentation and rapport building skills. Not to mention a fantastic career within uncapped earning potential. This will be a progressive role with clear targets and instruction to excel in the job at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow the Director, taking notes, asking lots of questions
  • Answering the telephone to candidates and clients, taking messages and responding to inquiries
  • Attending meetings with candidates and potential clients
  • Qualifying prospective candidates for roles
  • Develop an understanding of the market and market intel to share with candidates and clients
  • Build a pool of candidates to place in various jobs my client are advertising
  • Arranging multiple interviews
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Preparing documentation for on-boarding of new starters
  • Be held accountable for KPIs and sales targets

Working Week:

  • £4- £5 an hour + commission + bonus

TheAPPRENTICESHIPprogramme will last for 12 months and you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration QCF qualification, Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required) and Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities. You will be based in the employer's office so you gain 12 months’ work experience, and the opportunity to Interview for a permanent role within the company at the end of a successfulAPPRENTICESHIP.

This is an APPRENTICESHIP; and Government Funding is only available for applicants 16-24 years old.
