Sacerdotal Ordination
The priestly ordination of Deacon Abel Madisang will be on Monday, May 4th, 2015 at Church of St. Peter Claver, Ranau, starting at 10.00am. Parishioners are invited to join-in this joyous celebration to support him. Let us also pray for him.
Weekly Vespers and Holy Hour
The Weekly Vespers and Holy Hour resumed on every Thursday, from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. All parishioners are encouraged to attend, especially leaders of Groups, communities and ministries. As usual the Parish Centre will be closed during these Vespers and Holy Hour and will only be opened at 8.30pm.

12 Noon Mass
The Friday Noon Mass will begin at 12.15pm. Please note that on every 1stweek Friday, the mass will be in Bahasa Malaysia and for subsequent Fridays in English. (Do not confuse this with the First Friday Mass at 7.30pm).

Sacrament of Marriage
Couples who wish to get married either at the Sacred Heart Cathedral or Church of Mary Immaculate, Bukit Padang are required to meet with the Parish Priest at the SHC Parish Office at least 4 months prior to the proposed date of marriage. Couples please take note, the date of marriage can only be decided at the Pre-nuptial Interview with the Parish Priest and NOT before.

What’s the Difference?
A seminar on What’s the Difference between Catholics, Orthodoxs and Protestants by Deacon Sherman Kuek will be held in Sacred Heart Parish on May 8th to 10th, 2015 (Fri-Sun). Alpha in a Catholic Context
Come and get the “Opportunity to Explore the Meaning of Life” through the ALPHA. Starting on Monday, May 11th, 2015. Every Monday night (11 weeks) at Room F7, SHPC at 7.45pm. Dinner at 7.00pm at the canteen area.
Enrollment for 2016
Tadika Shan Tao is a Catholic Mission School under the Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish. Teaching in Chinese medium with “Kurikulum Standard Prasekolah Kebangsaan”. Intake for the academic year 2016 is now open for children born between 2010-2012. Catholic Catechism also forms part of the academic curriculum of the school.
