SWIM ENGLAND NORTH EAST REGION MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIP CONDITIONS

1.The championships shall be held annually at a venue and on dates fixed by the Masters Manager.

2.The championships shall be open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are registered with their National Association and may only swim under the name of one Club in these Championships.

3.The Age Groups shall be for Men & Women, A to G the same as for the Swim England Masters Championships, Group H will be 60 years or over. Group S will be for 18-24 years Age Group only.

4.Team events shall be Mixed 4 x 50 for 72+ years, 120+ years, 160+ years and 200 + years (minimum total age of team, except the 18-24* years who shall only be allowed to swim in a 72+ Age Group Team).

In team events, swimmers may only swim for the club for which they are entered in individual events.

5.The age groups shall be determined by the age attained in the year of competition with the exception of the 18 years who must have reached their 18th Birthday on the 23rdSeptember.

6.All event winners shall be decided using the approved age adjusted formula as used previously.

7.Entries shall be made on the official form and reach the Meet Entry Co-ordinator (Mr Paul Wright), no later than the 8th September, together with the appropriate fee. Confirmed entries will be shown on the North East Masters page.YOU must check your entries!

8.The Board have the power to vary any of the above conditions prior to the date of closing of entries.
