1.0 Accessing the Loki Support Site
- In your Internet browser address bar go to www.lokisys.com. Click on the support link to go to the Support screen.
-Now click on Client Support Login to go to the Loki online support site
1.1 Logging In
- If you have already registered on the support site, enter your email address and password and click LOGIN. This will transfer you to the Client Support screen.
If you are a new support site user, click Register to initiate your registration.
This will transfer you to the Client Support Register screen.
1.2 Registering
- To register at the Loki support site, enter your Email address, Password (twice),
First Name, Last Name, Company name, and Phone Number.
- Choose whether or not you’d like to receive alerts from Loki Systems
- Click SIGN UP.
Note: As a newly registered user, you will not have access to the Loki support site until an administrator grants access. You will receive an email when you have access to the site.
2.0 Uploads
This function allows you to send files (e.g., your database) to Loki.
- To upload a new file select it using the Add Files button.
- To initiate upload on all selected files, press Upload All
- To cancel all selected files, press Cancel Uploads
-Alternatively, you can upload or cancel each individual files should you change your mind
Note that each button corresponds to the file directly above it.
3.0 Downloads
This function gives you access to files (e.g., patches) that you can download.
- Click on the Download button to download the file to your local machine.
-Files published to you will have an expiry date associated with them. If the file has expired, then you will be unable to download it, and will have to request an extension (by clicking the request extension button) should you want to download it again.
After clicking request extension, you’ll get a confirmation message after your request has been successfully sent to Loki Systems.
4.0 Documentation
- You can find documentation relevant to your needs by filtering the product line, and typing in keywords in the search bar.
To download a documentation, simply click on the download button. This will save the documentation onto your local computer (usually the downloads folder, unless your system is configured differently).5.0 Events
The Events function allows you to read about upcoming events hosted by or visited by Loki.
6.0 Manage Account
In order to manage your account settings (such as changing your password or alert settings), click on the link highlighted in red
6.1 Change password:
To change your password, enter your current password and then the new password twice (for confirmation), and then press Change password.
6.2 Modify Alert Settings
In the Modify Alert Settings page, you can view your current alert options, and change them by choosing an option in the drop down menu. To finalize your changes, press the Save changes button.
7.0 Password recovery
Clicking on Forgot your password? Will bring you to the following page:
To recover your password in the scenario where you’ve forgotten it, simply enter your email and a link will be sent to your email. Within that link, you can reset and enter a new password.
8.0 Contact Us
The Contact Loki Client Support function displays telephone numbers, hours of operation for the helpdesk, and the helpdesk email address.
