New Office Applications
A motion was made by Mr. McGinnis, seconded by Mr. Montague, to approve the new office site application for Atlantic Real Estate Associates. The motion passed unanimously with Mr. Connor abstaining.
A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve the new office site application for Partners Realty Group. The motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve the new office site application for Home Buyers marketing II, Inc. The motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve the new office site application for Provest Realty Associates Inc. The motion passed unanimously.
Reinstatements
The application of Peggy Bowden for reinstatement of a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. McGinnis seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application contingent upon payment of the appropriate fees and passage of the state law portion of the licensure examination. The motion passed unanimously.
The application of Sherrie Gress for reinstatement of a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Ms. Stokes, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application contingent upon payment of the appropriate fees. The motion passed unanimously.
The application of Andrea Halko for reinstatement of a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Ms. Stokes, seconded by Mr. Montague, to table this application for further information. The motion passed unanimously.
The application of Jennifer Stiles for reinstatement of a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Montague, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application contingent upon payment of the appropriate fees. The motion passed unanimously.
Hearings
At 9:45 a.m., a formal hearing was held to take testimony in regard to the license application of Dominique Frederiquw which the Commission proposed to deny on December 14, 2006 due to concerns that the content of the criminal history contains an offense substantially similar to Regulation 16.0. Present for the hearing was Dominique Frederique who waived his right to counsel. The witness was sworn and verbatim testimony recorded. A motion was made by Ms. Stokes, seconded by Mr. McGinnis to grant a continuance at the request of Mr. King. The motion was passed. The hearing concluded at 10:46 a.m.
Miscellaneous Business Items
The Commission discussed additional changes that needed to be made to the rules and regulations to implement HB122. Mr. Andy Taylor presented copies of recommended CIS statements to address commercial transactions. Ms. Adams will have a final draft of proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations for the next Commission meeting.

A motion was made by Mr. McGinnis, seconded by Mr. Sachs, to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
