This Survey must be completed at the beginning of the semester rehearsal schedule for each program of music.Results of any related noise assessment, and report of any program-specific noise controls are to be attached to the survey. To arrange a noise assessment please contact the Elder Conservatorium Music Office.
Answering ‘Yes’ to any of the following questions may indicate the need to carry out a noise assessment if exposure to the noise cannot be immediately controlled. Specific controls such as risers, acoustic wrap around screens, ear plugs, the distance between musicians andhearing recovery time should be used to minimise noise exposure.
