Worker Competence Assessment Checklist

All workers must be assessed at least annually (per TSCBC audit protocol) using a combination of:

  1. Documentation review to verify worker certification.
  2. Interviews to confirm worker knowledge.
  3. Job task observation to verify worker skills and abilities.
