State Assessments

*Testing Window: Specific school schedules within the testing window must be approved by district assessment office
**Online Testing: Schools will choose by November 18. Schools that participate in online testing must select entire grade levels and subjects for online testing (i.e. 4thReading, 6th Math, etc.) For those grade level subjects that opt for online, paper/pencil will still be available for designated sped / 504 students / special circumstances. It is the goal for WashingtonState to 100% online by 2013-2014.

- Progress Monitoring measuring growth in the big idea of reading that matches intervention for students receiving strategic or intensive reading instruction

- Predictor for MSP
- Placement for junior high transition.
