Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

He/she will lead an initiative to improve the utilization and associated business processes of the SAP Preventative Maintenance module and legacy systems for our operations and maintenance group within the facility services department. The candidate would first complete a thorough understanding and documentation of the business practices and business goals of the group; then gain a full understanding of legacy systems and the present configuration of the SAP PM module; then perform a gap analysis between the two; detail the options and alternatives available to meet our business goals; write a scope of work document and lead the implementation process. The successful candidate will have a good business sense of facility operations and be able to overlay that with intelligent answers for SAP solutions or other alternatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

: Candidate will work closely with the algorithm developers to discover problems/possible improvements and the software integration team to ensure software quality.

: Responsible for maintaining user documentation.

Weapons Systems Program Management Support for the Air Launched Cruise Missiles Program Office sustainment and modification programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The individual shall have knowledge and experience necessary to manage weapon system specific issues within Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) and the Centralized Asset Management/Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAM/CAFDEX) systems. The individual shall assist in program planning, financial budgeting, financial management, tracking, reporting, inspection programs, (i.e. Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI), self-inspections, Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI), Logistics Support Evaluation Team (LSET)), evaluating metrics, and organizing and managing critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of 498 MSUG weapon system programs, capabilities, systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Must be knowledgeable with the application of 498 MSUG program management initiatives to include purchasing commercial items such as Non-Developmental Items (NDI), and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS). The individual shall be knowledgeable of commercial practices such as Performance Based Business Environment (PBBE), Evolutionary Acquisition (EA), Agile Acquisition (AA), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), partnering, architectural views, and Capabilities

Review and Risk Assessments (CRRAs).

Shallsupport development of 498 MSUG program management strategies to include initiating, reviewing, developing, and implementing activities to accomplish modification alternatives, warranties, maintenance and supportability concepts, process documentation, Business Case Analysis (BCA), Cost of Ownership analysis (COO), process documentation, PWSs, Data Items Descriptions (DIDs), test plans, acquisition plans, Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMPs), Engine Life Management Plans (ELMP), Performance Plans (PPs), Acquisition Strategy Panels (ASPs), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and the Management and Oversight of the Acquisition of Services Process (MOASP). Odyssey Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join our customers central Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the head of the PMO, the Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining multiple information technology project plans that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation that utilize software life-cycle methodology. The Project Manager will coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards and assist technical team in design and development tasks. The Project Manager will provide leadership and direction to other project managers in functional teams and assist in implementing project management methods and tools. This includes the evaluation of project feasibility, development of business cases, establishment of priorities, oversight of projects, monitoring progress, improving project status transparency and the continual evaluation of project status and resource utilization from project inception to post-deployment closeout. The Project Manager will build relationships, execute, manage and negotiate in a matrixed environment. The Project Manager will continually balance risk, efficiency of execution, quality of results and PMO process requirements in the fulfillment of Government, customer, and Departmental goals.
