Organization for the 2018-19 SCHOOL year review and classifications
Fall Sports Review
Week of May 7th
Inform schools to be reviewed in fall sports for 2018.
Friday, May 25th
Schools under review must submit all material via email to secretary of the Non Public / Charter School Classification Committee
Sport Coordinators must submit to Section V Executive Director required form and recommendation
Week of June 4th
Non Public /Charter School Classification committee secretary will email all pertinent documents to League Presidents. League presidents will share information with all athletic directors.
Monday, August 6th
Deadline to submit written league comments to secretary of the Non Public / Charter School Classification Committee.
Tuesday, August 14
Non Public / Charter School classification committee will meet to classify. School being reviewed and sport coordinators may have representation.
Executive Director will post meeting minutes to website and send to all Section V athletic directors.
*Any appeal must be filed as outlined within the Section V Constitution and Bylaws.
Winter Sports Review:
Week of September 10th
Inform schools for review in winter sports for 2018/2019
Friday, September 28th
