Bethel Community

The Waupun Food Pantry is in need of the following items for the month of June: toilet paper, paper towels and disposable diapers. We will be collecting these items in the back of church through July 1st. We are also going to try and team up with a few other churches in Waupun for this outreach. Thank you, the Evangelism committee.

The fiscal year is coming to an end and volunteers are needed! Please check your mailboxes for this year's service survey and prayerfully consider where you feel called to serve. Completed surveys should be placed in the mailbox marked "church office" no later than July 8, 2012.

Care & Share Group #6will serve refreshments after the morning service. Care & Share Group #7 is scheduled to serve June 24th with Care & Share Group #8 serving July 1st.

Resumes are now being accepted for the Children's Ministry Director (CMD), a part-time position. The CMD will coordinate the work of Sunday School, nursery, Walk out Worship, and outreach to the families of young children in our community. Praise God for the 261 campers who will be at Camp Calvin this week! The camp theme this year is "Where Are You?". Pray that each camper and staff person will experience God's Spirit in a new and exciting way ... and will leave camp with a new realization of where they are in their walk with God! Look for pictures of the campers on the website ( throughout the week. You are also invited to a Camp Calvin worship service at Brookfield CRC on Sunday, June 24 at 5:00 pm. Community Sandwich and Pie Social Tuesday, June 26th from 4:30 - 7:00 pm at Emmanuel Reformed Church. Sloppy Joes, pie, ice cream and more. Free will donations to support missions.

Calling all 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Do you know that you can be helpers at VBS! Sign up to be an assistant Crew Leader. You will be helping to lead a crew of 5 kids around to each station with an adult Crew Leader. You won't want to miss out on all the fun this year. VBS signup sheets are out and we are looking for lots of kidsand tons of volunteers to help make SKY VBS a huge success. You can register your children using the signup sheets on the VBS table or by going online to and filling out the form there. If you register using the signup sheets on the table please put them in the box. Please also sign up to help with VBS. We need lots of volunteers to make it work.
