Part 3: Recognizing Users and health effects to users, short and long term

Part 4: Risks to Children -- Health effects to children; child evaluation and medical treatment protocols

Part 5: Harm to others -- health effect to first responders and other exposed to labs and lab chemicals

Part 6: Life of a Lab -- discovery, investigation, seizure, prosecution, evaluation, remediation

Part 7: Abandoned Waste -- abandoned and hazardous waste handling and removal.

Part 8: Staff Safety -- for first responders, other agency staff accidental visitors

Part 9: Roles and Responsibilities -- for counties and agency staff

Part 10: Solutions -- for counties and individual citizens.
