1. Regatta Chairman, ______, to serve as Master of Ceremonies.

3. Regatta Chairman thanks participants, regatta officials, race officials, judges, sponsors and host club. Remind perpetual trophy winner that they are responsible for trophy engraving, condition, returning polished the following year, and for signing the FSSA receipt after receiving the trophy. Traveling cases are available for several of the trophies.
4. Regatta Chairman introduces FSSA President, ______, asks for comments and to assist with the trophy presentation.
5. FSSA President introduces Host Club Commodore, ______, (or District Governor if not at a sailing club) who makes welcoming remarks and remains at the podium. FSSA President presents appreciation award and FSSA Burgee to Host Club Commodore.
6. Begin Trophy Presentation – Regatta Chairman to read trophy winners. FSSA President, (and when appropriate, representatives of perpetual trophy donors) to assist with presentation of trophies to winners.
