- School organized / planned event
- Grads will receive their diplomas and awards while wearing their cap & gowns
- Grads BC will take photos
Location:Nelson District Community Complex
Cost:No entry fee

6:15 pm / Grads arrival to the NDCC
6:00pm / Doors open to the public & families
6:45pm / All guest to be seated
7:00pm / Cap & Gown ceremony to start
9:00pm / Completion
9:15pm / Volunteers Cleanup crew
Function:Grand March
Date:Saturday June 17th
- At arrival there will be photos taken of grad, grad dates and the entire 2017 grad class to be taken by BC Grads
- Each grad is announced as they enter the stage area.
- The grad class will parade though the lower complex area with their assigned walking buddy.
- There will be water and snacks provided for the grads
- To participate in the Grand Marchgrad fees MUST be paid

Cost:$15.00/ ticket
With paid grad fees each Grad will be given 2 FREE tickets
Purchasing Additional tickets- Grad families can purchase up to 4 extra grand march tickets (total tickets per family 6)

Snacks are provided and water for the grads

3:15/3:30pm / Move outside to prepare for the cavalcade
3:30pm / Volunteer clean up & move items to the Prom location

Date:Saturday June 17th
- To participate Grads will need a vehicle.
- The vehicle is to be organized and provided by the grad
Location:Nelson District Community Complex to Baker Street
This parade will start from the NDCC, travel along Baker Street an approved route will be provided prior to the start
Cost:No cost
TIME / INFORMATION10:00am / Volunteers set up
11:00- 1:30 / Help direct traffic and park grad cars as they arrive for GM
3:00 / Get grads ready for cavalcade and help guest load up and out of the parking lot
3:15- 3:30 / Flaggers move to designated spot on route
4:00pm / Cavalcade start
4:45pm / Cavalcade end
4:45pm / Volunteers clean up, flaggers return to NDCC

Date:Saturday June 17th
- Family and friend time for Grads
- Diner break (NOTE: there will only snacks at the Prom)

Function:Dry Grad Prom
Date:Saturday June 17th
- Dance, appetizers/ snacks, casino night, photo booth & door prizes
- No admittance to anyone outside the grad 2017 class
- To participate in the Dry Grad Prom grad fees MUST be paid
- Once dry grad doors close there will be -No entry to late arrivals

Cost:No cost (Grad must have paid fees)
