Implementation Plan
We plan to measure teachers in non-SGP courses using our Mean SGP score. During our TKES Pre-Conference meetings we will share our mean SGP score with staff members and discuss / brainstorm ways that we can all support score improvement. During TKES conferences we teachers will also document under the Documenting Performance tab and PSC Professional Learning Goal tab what actions they are taking to improve the Coal Mountain ES Mean SGP score.
