ODFW Contact Information

List any ODFW staff that was contacted and provided input on the development of your angling regulation proposal. Briefly list the key discussion elements and information provided by ODFW in development of your proposal. By contacting ODFW prior to submitting a proposal you can help to avoid the proposal being automatically rejected due to reasons such as the proposal is in conflict with ODFW policy, or outside of ODFW’s statutory authority. Staff can also let you know if a similar proposal has been reviewed or implemented in the past and failed or rejected. ODFW may be in the process or conducting biological inventories or assessments that would provide insight as to need for regulatory changes for a particular water body. This new information may help guide your proposal development or even address your regulation concerns.

By contacting ODFW staff at the proposal development stage, project sponsors can focus proposals in areas where there are opportunities to actually shape angling regulations.
