SENECA FALLSTOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 19, 2016
The Seneca Falls Town Board held a Special Meeting on Saturday, March 19, 2016 in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 81 W. Bayard Street.
Preent were Supervisor Gregory Lazzaro; Councilmen David DeLelys and Vittorio Porretta. Also present was Patrick Morrell, Attorney for the Town;
Supervisor Lazzaro called the Special Meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. A roll call of Board Members was taken and all were present; the Pledge of Allegiance followed.
New Business:
Patricia Baity – Cleaner: A motion was made to change the status of Patricia Baity to Cleaner II, and increase her salary to $12.09 an hour by Greg Lazzaro and seconded by Dave DeLelys. No questions. Motion carried
3 ayes, 0 nayes.
At 10:02 A.M., a motion was made to go into Executive Session relative to personnel matters involving interviews for appointments to the two vacant Town Board positions by Greg Lazzaro and seconded by Vic Porretta. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.
A motion was made to reconvene the Special Meeting at 1:30 P.M. by Dave DeLelys and seconded by Vic Porretta. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.
Being there was no further business, a motion was made to adjourn the Meeting by Vic Porretta and seconded by Dave DeLelys. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.

The Seneca Falls Town Board held a Special Meeting on Monday, March 21, 2016 in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 81 W. Bayard Street.
Present were Supervisor Gregory Lazzaro; Councilmen David DeLelys and Vittorio Porretta. Also present were Patrick Morrell, Attorney for the Town; John Condino, Town Engineer and a Member of the local Media.
Supervisor Lazzaro called the Special Meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. A roll call was taken of Board Members, and all were present; the Pledge of Allegiance followed.
New Business:
Appointments to Fill Vacancies on Town Board: A motion was made to appoint Annette Lutz as Town Council Member to fill a vacancy on the Town Board, effective March 21, 2016 to December 31, 2016, by Greg Lazzaro and seconded by Vic Porretta. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.
A motion was made to appoint Mary Conley Sarratori as Town Council Member to fill a vacancy on the Town Board, effective March 21, 2016 to December 31, 2016, by Greg Lazzaro and seconded by Dave DeLelys. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.
The Councilwomen were sworn in by the Town Clerk and took seats on the Board.
Training of Court Staff: A motion was made to compensate Vicky Coraci $500.00 for payment of hours of training performed to date, and $20.00 an hour thereafter to train the Court Clerks by Greg Lazzaro and seconded by Dave DeLelys. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.
Town Forum: Mr. Lazzaro announced that there will be a Town Forum on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Community Center. He said all Town Residents of Seneca Falls are invited to attend. If people from other municipalities want to attend, Town of Seneca Falls Residents will come first.
Revaluation: Mr. Lazzaro stated Mr. Collins has some information he would like to give to the Board as soon as possible.
