Get off bus at the Southwick road stop just beyond the “Albion Car Centre “right near the Stadium of Light, walk on until you see the Kwik fit garage, turn left look for the Renault Car showroom, that takes you onto the A 1018 Newcastle Road, walk along and you will pass the Excel Bowling Alley, then the Toyota Car showroom, The Stadium of Light Metro station, then past the Newcastle Road Baths, before reaching the Monkwearmouth Hospital, then turn right into first entrance you see, and The Grange Park clinic is signposted from there. The walk is about 10 minutes. For those who feel they cannot manage, there is a selection of buses which go past the hospital, 35, E1, E2 and E6

There is no direct metro link from Hebburn metro and beyond to the Stadium of Light, you have to get a metro to Pelaw, there get your connection to Stadium of light station. However, if you live between Hebburn and Fellgate, then the Fellgate metro will be the nearest station with a direct route into Sunderland.
If coming from North of the Tyne, catch metro to South Gosforth and then catch the connection to Stadium of Light.
