Rental Rules
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- All homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or it’s facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Only use appliances for their intended purpose.
- Pets are permitted only with prior approval. All pets must have current shots and be in good health.
- Parking is limited to six vehicles.
- Housekeeping: There are no daily housekeeping services included. Such service may be requested for additional fees.
- Fireplace: The fireplace is a vented propane gas log fired firebox. It may not be opened. Fireplaces are turned off May through September.
- No feminine products, diapers, etc., may be flushed at any time. Damages to plumbing may be deducted from security deposit.
- Charcoal may not be dumped on sand. Charcoal must be cold when put in trash can. Gulf Shores city ordinances do not permit BBQ grills on decks.
- A propane tank is provided for your convenience. Propane is not provided. It is likely the tank will contain some propane at the beginning of your rental period.
STORMS: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
a.The state or local authorities order a "mandatory evacuation" in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area and/or
b.A "mandatory evacuation" order has been given for the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of vacationing guest.
c. the authorities order a "mandatory evacuation" in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area, we will refund:
- any unused portion of rent from guest currently registered;
- any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay or come in after the "Tropical Storm/HurricaneWarning" has lifted.
- any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to begin during the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" period.
FYI: Trash is picked up on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
