LOCATION/FACILITY:Lejeune Hall, United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. Indoor, 10-Lane, 25-Yard Pool with 8-foot constant depth, non-turbulent lane lines, electronic timing and computerized seeding and scoring. Lanes will be available during the meet for warm-up and warm-down.

ELIGIBILITY/TIMES:Open to USA Swimming registered swimmers, age eight and under. There are no time standards.
RULES:Applicable USA Swimming and Maryland Swimming rules shall govern this competition, including no-recall procedure. No one will be permitted on the pool deck unless he or she is registered with USA Swimming. The only exceptions will be timers and administrative staff assisting with running the meet

Thursday, December 9, 2010.
Be sure to include the name, e-mail address and phone number of the contact person.
Liz will acknowledge receipt of your entries within 24 hours. If you do not hear
from her, resubmit the entries. Checks to cover entry fees should be mailed to Liz and postmarked
by December 10, 2010.
ENTRY LIMIT:Swimmers may enter a maximum of four events.
FEES:$5.00 per event. Please make checks payable to "NAAC." Do not send cash.
ORDER OF EVENTS:See attached events listing. Warm-ups: 5:00 p.m. Start time: 5:45 p.m.
TIMING:All entries will be timed by a Colorado Electronic Timing System with button plungers and stop watches, as back-up and tertiary timing systems. Each team will need to provide timers.
CLERK OF COURSE: There will be a clerk of course located at the starting end of the pool opposite the starter.
AWARDS:Individual Events will be awarded Ribbons 1st – 8th. All ribbons will be given to coaches at the end of meet.
RESULTS:The meet director will e-mail results to the contact person for each team within 24 hours of the conclusion of the meet.
PROGRAMS:Heat sheets covering this one session will be available at a nominal cost.
ATTIRE AT USNA:Swimmers may not leave the pool deck without appropriate attire, which consists of shoes and sweats (top and bottom), or shirts and pants.
DIRECTIONS:From Baltimore Beltway: I 97 South to RT 50 East, Annapolis, MD
From Washington Beltway (I-95/495): RT 50 East to Annapolis, MD
From the Eastern Shore: RT 301/50 West to Annapolis, MD
From Southern Maryland: RT 2 or RT 301 North to RT 50 East to Annapolis, MD
Exit RT 50 at Exit 24, RT 70 South, Rowe Boulevard. After 2nd traffic light use left lane. Left on College Ave. Right at the traffic light onto King George Street; proceed to United States Naval Academy Visitors Gate #1. Lejeune Hall is the large building on the left. Park on the street near Gate 1 and walk onto the Naval Academy grounds. Only vehicles with proper passes are allowed through the gate. All visitors 16 and older entering the USNA grounds must show a picture ID.
PARKING PASSES : Parking passes for coaches to drive onto the Naval Academy grounds will be provided if they e-mail to the meet director the following information by December 8, 2009: make, model, color, license plate number and state of registration of the car and the full name of the driver.
All others will have to park in town and walk onto the Naval Academy campus though its main gate (Gate 1). Anyone 16-and-older must have a picture ID.
