Great news! Prudential has made several exciting improvements to its registered COLI product, PruBenefit SelectSM.
PruBenefit SelectSM is a registered group variable universal life insurance contract. It may be used to informally fund liabilities related to certain nonqualified employee benefits, such as deferred compensation plans and Supplemental Employee Retirement Plans (SERPs).

To test your connectivity (in advance of the meeting time/date):
If this is your first time attending an e-Meeting, you should test your connectivity in advance of the meeting time/date by following these steps:
Go to
Select “Attend a Meeting.”
Select “Test Meeting.”
Select “Test My Browser.”
Once the diagnostic window opens, select “Show/Hide Detail.”
Accept any security warnings.
If the meeting window opens and you see the meeting room, then your browser is set up correctly. If not, follow the instructions provided by the test meeting and contact your technical support for assistance. Most configuration issues are related to the lack of a valid Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.2 or higher.
To attend the meeting:
A few minutes before the meeting start time, go to

Select the meeting entitled “PruBenefit SelectSM Revised Pricing”.
If you select the meeting prior to its start, you will see a page that outlines meeting details. Once the meeting starts, you can enter the meeting by clicking on “Attend the Meeting.”
Enter the meeting password, “prudential”.
From your phone, dial the voice conference number listed above.
Hints:
- Make sure Ad / Pop-up blockers are not running on your workstation, or you may lose some meeting functionality.
- Once you enter the meeting, there will be 2 smarticons near the top right of the screen that allow you to control (maximize or original size) the display of the meeting area.
