- Enter your user name (your U number)
- Enter your password, click Login
Forgotten Password?
- If you have forgotten your password, click I Request An Unlock Key
- Enter your user name (your U number), click Request Key
- You will be sent an email advising your unlock key
- Return to the ePEP homepage
- Click I Have An Unlock Key, enter your user name and your unlock key, click Submit Key
- Enter a new password, confirm your new password, click Submit
- Login as above
Initiating the PEP and arranging the PEP meeting:
This will be initiated by the Social Worker. An automated email will be sent to the relevant Designated Teacher and any other professionals linked to the young person. The email will advise you of an invitation for a PEP meeting scheduled for a specific date and time.There is also an alert at the top of the homepage within ePEP.
- From the homepage, click on PEP Invitations on the LHS.
- Find the relevant meeting using the date and time from your email
- Select Accept or Apologise/Reject or Keep Pending, adding a comment if required, then click Save– This sends the response to the person organising the meeting
Before a PEP meeting:
- On the homepage under Current Assessments, click View for the assessment you want to complete
- On the Assessment Overview page click Professional (yellow fish)
- Complete all pages within Section Two – Education Details
- Do this by clicking on the required heading on the menu down the left hand side
- Once the page has been completed, click Save Changes (top left)
- Click on the next required heading on the menu down the LHS and complete the above two steps until all the required pages have been completed
- Click Return to Assessment Overview (top right)
- On the Assessment Overviewpage under Progress Tracking, click COMPLETE
During a PEP meeting:
- On the homepage under Current Assessments, click View for the assessment that the meeting relates to
- Under Progress Tracking check that all three sections have been completed
- On the Assessment Overview page click Professional (yellow fish)
- Review the data that in contained in Section One, Section Twoand YP's Views on School and Learning
- Complete The PEP Meeting and the Action Plan within Section Three
- Click Save Changes (top left)
- Click Return to Assessment Overview (top right)
- In the Assessment Details section, click Edit
- SelectAssessment has been Completed then click OK
