Please provide a brief description of your project. This should include its main aims, who you want to attract, where you want the visitors to come to, when in the year you want to attract them, what you will offer to encourage them to visit and describe briefly what marketing activity you plan to do to attract them.

How will you measure the success of your project and over what timescales?
This question MUST be answered with measurable targets as these will be used in the funding agreement.
