How did you get involved in coaching?
“I got into coaching as a way of volunteering at my son's Primary School - it was something I thought I could do after school as I was unable to go in during the day like many other parents and help out (as I worked) –and it just grew from there!
Now, I have achieved a number of coaching qualifications, I umpire at Brigg and District Netball Club, I’m a qualified First Aider and have attended all the relevant Child Protection Courses. I work closely with Yorkshire Netball as their Regional Academy Manager and assistant coach and I still help out at the Primary School once or twice per month, when I get home in time from work!”
