Sample Demo Reel Submission:

Applicants should submit two sample demo reels, on DVD format. Please include a brief description of the material.

A signed and notarized submission release form MUST be included along with your reel

(You must be 21 years or older to be eligible for the CBS Daytime Directors Initiative)

Applicants must currently be a DGA Member

Completed Application Packet

A completed application must include the following items:

1) Application

2) Letter of Interest

3) Work Resume or Bio

4) TWO (2) Sample Demo Reels (with explanation of the material)

5) A signed and notarized submission release form.
