A: CBRN will make every attempt to honor your request; however, the final broker placement is at our discretion. This is to ensure the customer is receiving the best service and ensure payment of referral fee.

Q: How much can I earn as an active member with CBRN?

A: This is up to you. The more referrals you send the more you will earn.

Q: Should I call an agent or broker and assign my own referral?

A: No. You must place your referral with CBRN to avoid any miscommunications that could cause a lower referral fee. CBRN protects your referral by securing a confirmation from the assigned broker.

A: You must be careful when soliciting business that you DO NOT imply that you are actively listing or selling homes.
