9:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. Home Energy Audits – Terrel Mitchell, Cherokee Nation
This is an overview of how the tribe’s Energy Audit program was established, how workers are trained, the equipment they use, and their processes. There will be a discussion on customer contacts, interactions, feedback, and education.

10:45 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Making AMERIND Coverage Available to Tribal Members - Phyllis Little and Tammy Rowland, AMERIND
A discussion regarding how to start an MOU or Community Shield Program, along with continuing coverage for conveyed units.
12:00 P.M. – 1:15 P.M. LUNCH ON YOUR OWN
1:15 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. Teen Financial Literacy – Shelbie Crow and Susan Shelton, Choctaw HA
This program teaches high school students about credit and how to establish and maintain it. The program also covers the topics of education levels and how that pertains to income, the ins and outs of student loans, finances of college, career paths, and salary expectations. There is also a basic life skills section that covers check writing and balancing a checkbook.
