2018 SCT 18 & Over Mixed Adult League Team Commitment Form
The 18 & Over Mixed Adult League will be 3 doubles courts for each match in SCT.
There will be NO early start ratings this year. Players must use their year end 2016 ratings to register until the 2017 year end ratings are published in late November.
Captain Meetings: Thursday, September 7th at Chelsea Piers, 1 Blatchley Rd. Stamford at 7:00pm

The $100 team commitment is required to obtain a team number once per year per captain. The commitment check will be voided (email notification) or returned (if requested) to the teams who participate in the 2018 USTA League Tennis season by April 1, 2018.
