TOILET AND BATH ACCESSORIES

.1RELATED DOCUMENTS:

The Bidding Requirements and the Contractual Conditions of Division One apply to this section.

.2 GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Integral part of this Division.

.3REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS:

Reference in this Division to any specifications or published standards shall refer to the latest edition or publication of such standard.

.4SCOPE OF WORK:

Furnish and install all new accessories as specified herein at locations shown on drawings.

.5QUALITY ASSURANCE:

The specifications listed are based on the Bradley Corporation, or Bobrick Washroom Equipment. Furnish all bathroom accessories by a single manufacturer for the entire project.

Other acceptable manufacturers are:

C.Accessory Specialties, Inc.

10800.6SUBMITTALS:

Submit one representative sample of finish for chrome surfaces. Submit 7 copies of manufacturers catalog cuts and data sheets, parts list and installation requirements.

.7PRODUCT HANDLING:

Deliver accessories in the manufacturer's original shipping cartons with seals unbroken, and store in a clean, dry area. Protect from any physical damage.

.8GUARANTEE:

All laminated mirrors must be guaranteed for a five (5) year period against silver spoilage.

.1 0INSPECTION:

Examine all areas scheduled to receive new and relocated toilet and bath accessories for conditions that will adversely affect execution, permanence or quality of work.

.11INSTALLATION:

Secure to anchors to requirements of manufacturer to firmly support equipment. Mount all accessories plumb and level.

.12CLEAN AND ADJUST:

Upon final adjustment, clean and polish all materials before final acceptance. Protect from any physical damage.
