IDBI Bank Ltd. had invited tender for Selection of Vendor for Credit Card Issuance under
Outsourced Model vide notices under reference, the following clauses/terms of the notices are modified /revised:-

3 / Section I, Clause 1.3.1, pg 9 / The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its Bid, a bid security (EMD) as mentioned in document control sheet by way of demand draft or pay order in favour of ‘IDBI Bank Limited’ payable at Mumbai. The EMD shall be furnished in Indian National Rupee [INR] only. Any Bid not secured by EMD as mentioned above, shall be summarily rejected forthwith by IDBI Bank, without any further correspondence, as non-responsive. Any decision of IDBI Bank in this regard shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Bidder. / The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its Bid, a bid security (EMD) as mentioned in document control sheet by way of demand draft or pay order in favour of ‘IDBI Bank Limited’ payable at Mumbai or in form of bank guarantee issued by a scheduled commercial bank valid for 180 days from the date of submission of Bids in favour of IDBI Bank Limited as per Annexure 16. Any Bid not secured by EMD as mentioned above, shall be summarily rejected forthwith by IDBI Bank, without any further correspondence, as non-responsive. The modification/ revised clauses (or part of clause) mentioned above will supersede the relevant clauses (or part of clause) mentioned in the RFP document & any corrigendum issued prior to the above. All other terms and conditions, specifications, requirements etc contained in the RFP remain unchanged.
